Prepared an extraction and land reclamation plan for a proposed 2.2 million m3 sand and gravel pit. The plan formed part of an application for approval from the Provincial Agricultural Land Commision (PALC). Approval was required since the pit area is within the British Columbia Agricultural Land Reserve. The plan was approved by PALC and is currently being implemented, with Summit acting as reclamation monitor.
