Conducted a fisheries and hydrological study in support of a Water Use Plan (WUP) for Cranberry Creek which flows into Upper Arrow Lake. The study includes: i) reconstruction of historic flows using Water Survey of Canada data from nearby watersheds, ii) fish inventory (species, fish population density), iii) calculation of weighted useable area (fish habitat) at low, moderate, and high flows, iv) over-wintering survival estimation, and v) evaluation of barriers to fish passage under various flow conditions.
