Conducted fish habitat, passage and hydraulic assessments of stream crossings (culvert) of a main rail line and adjacent road that were impassable to fish at all flows. Fish passage was created by constructing a bypass channel around the main channel culverts, using existing overflow culverts under the rail line and road. A passive flow control structure was constructed at the upstream end of the bypass channel to ensure that the bypass channel would be passable to salmonids during high and low flow conditions in the creek.
