Conducted research on effects of small-stream (Class S4 and S6 streams) riparian harvest on downstream fish habitat and water temperature. Installed temperature loggers at 16 research sites (5 controls & 11 treatments), each site a combination of a disturbed S4/S6 stream reach and an undisturbed fish-bearing reach immediately downstream. Completed an inventory of riparian habitat and evaluated riparian function. Assessed channel morphology and inventoried channel disturbance. Conducted fish sampling (bull trout) using electro-shocking and measured weight and length.
