Conducted hydrologic and hydraulic analyses of the spring 1996 flooding of BX Creek in Vernon. Estimated the magnitude and frequency of the 1996 peak flows. Evaluated previous peak flow/bridge design data based on new watershed hydrologic, climate and land use information. Provided recommendations for debris (sediment, woody debris) management.
