Conducted a Stage 1 & 2 Preliminary Site Investigation and remediation for a gas station in Enderby, B.C. Identified one onsite and two off-site sources of gasoline and motor oil contamination. Underground tanks and distribution lines were removed from the site. Completed confirmation sampling of soils and groundwater and transported contaminated soil to an approved landfill for disposal. A bio-cell was designed and established onsite to remediate soil contamination exceeding Special Waste criteria. Application is being made for a Certificate of Compliance.
