Developed a Microsoft Access database for the Colville Confederated Tribes Okanogan Basin Monitoring and Evaluation Project (OBMEP).  The OBMEP project includes sampling efforts such as fish and water quality surveys performed by the CCT. In addition, CCT also manages data collected by other agencies.  Summit is working with the CCT and other regional bodies to ensure compatibility of the database with others.  In addition, Summit is also developing protocols for translating database components that are downloaded from GPS or the internet into the OBMEP database. A database users manual that provides background on database development and step-by-step instructions for importing, querying and reporting data in table, chart and mapping formats has been developed.
This database will assist the Colville Confederated Tribes to communicate complex information through GIS links; develop appropriate analysis routines to evaluate data sets; and produce brochures and other materials for information exchange.
