Summit planned and conducted a series of field investigations and hydrogeologic analyses to evaluate site suitability for in-ground treated wastewater disposal and its potential impacts in accordance with the B.C. Municipal Sewage Regulation (MSR) and Environmental Impact Study (EIS) guidelines. Provided assessment for design flow rate of 100 m3/day. Tasks included excavation of test pits, soil permeameter and grain size testing and analysis, installation and hydraulic testing of monitoring wells, water quality analysis, impact assessment, and EIS report preparation.
